Oversee financial and legal matters throughout the course of construction projects.

Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.

Manage and plan all costs involved in construction projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.

Work closely with the project manager, advising on the financial implications of construction methods and strategies.

Maintain a thorough understanding of construction regulations and contracts.

Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour, and time.

Negotiate and establish the costs of sub-contracts.

Ensure accurate and timely final accounts preparation and manage payments to contractors.

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Proven experience in the property industry, specifically in construction.

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and other Quantity Surveying software.

Strong contractual, financial, and project management skills.

Excellent negotiation, team working, and communication skills., * Bachelor’s (preferred)
