MEP Site Manager/Construction Manager

Job Title: MEP Site Manager/Construction Manager Location: Heathrow Airport Contract: Long Term Rate: £400 per day About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to join our team working on a major project at Heathrow Airport. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on-site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee all MEP installations and works on-site. * Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Ensure the project is completed within budget and on schedule. * Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures on site. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. * Maintain detailed records of work progress and any issues arising. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience as an MEP Site Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry. * Previous experience working on large-scale projects, particularly at airports or infrastructure projects. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and relevant construction regulations. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Valid site safety certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
