Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities in the professional and vocational training sector. Strategize and implement initiatives to expand our client base and market reach.
  • Client Engagement and Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering customized learning and development solutions that drive their success. Ensure high client satisfaction through continuous engagement and feedback
  • Strategic Leadership: Shape the strategic direction of the training department, ensuring alignment with the organization\’s goals and responsiveness to market demands.
  • Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training solutions that include leadership development, vocational skills, and professional enhancement courses.
  • Certification and Industry Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of various industry certifications and integrate this knowledge into training offerings to enhance their relevance and value.
  • Talent Assessment: Utilize talent assessment tools to gauge the effectiveness of training programs and identify development needs, aligning solutions with client objectives.
