Elective Bookings Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Elective Bookings Officer to join the Surgery Waiting List Bookings Team at Wexham Park Hospital. This post is based at Wexham Park Hospital. The post holder will be expected to undertake a variety of tasks across all aspects of inpatient procedures bookings and rescheduling. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and also as part of a team.

Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. Good communication skills, handling both internal and external telephone calls.
2. A flexible approach to work and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. An eye for detail in data collection and recording.
4. An awareness of local and national targets.

This post is an excellent opportunity to develop skills working within the Elective bookings team in a band 3 job role.
