Our client is searching for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London.

Our client is a reputable consultancy within the rail sector who have worked on the UK’s biggest engineering and construction projects.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Railway experience (ESSENTIAL), to work across several major projects.

Expectations of a Quantity Surveyor:

1. Commissions of various size projects within Structures, Civils, Rail and dealing with Commercial aspects of the project.
2. Demonstrate cost management and proven Rail project experience.
3. Hold excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Have experience on Bidding and Costing within projects.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined environment.
6. Have strong Stakeholder Management skills.
7. Hold relevant Degree Qualifications.
8. Be proficient on Microsoft Packages including Excel.
