Job Title: Legal Executive Assistant
Location: Liverpool Street
Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days in the office 3 from home
Salary: Up to £55,000
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join one of our US law firm clients.
A highly experienced Legal EA is needed to join the London office to support the M&A/PE team, which consists of 1 partner, 2 Senior Counsel, and 5 associates. The M&A/PE team has a pool of 3 EAs.
Looking for someone with at least 5 years of LEA experience in a law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel arrangements, including flights and taxis
- Managing communications, including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
- Maintaining and updating client records and files
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handling confidential information with discretion
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous EA experience in a law firm is essential
- Resilience and professionalism
- Involvement in billing and invoicing processes is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
