Regional, committed law firm looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their Preston office. Within this role, you will be joining a small team undertaking general Civil Litigation matters including:
- Contested wills and probates
- Commercial Litigation matters
- Boundary disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Harassment and defamation
- Contract disputes
- Professional negligence claims
