The predicted salary is between 49764 - 53906 ÂŁ per year.
£49,764 – £53,906 per annum Applications are invited from an enthusiastic, innovative, suitably qualified and experienced FCILEX, Solicitor or Barrister to work in our Contracts and Commercial team. If no suitable candidate is found for Grade 11, appointment may be made at Grade 9. Further information The successful candidate will be expected to draft and negotiate commercial agreements and have a knowledge of construction contracts and disputes (mainly NEC). You will require a knowledge of public law procurement. You are able to work remotely with occasional office attendance. You will be expected to conduct and manage your own caseload under supervision. You must be able to communicate effectively with members, senior officers and outside agencies.
