Senior Site Manager

A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager for a new project in South Devon due to start soon!

Working for a reputable regional contractor on a circa 2-year project involving approximately 35 units, mostly flats.

You will need to have experience managing complex apartment sites in tight areas, ideally with Asta programming experience. Strong IT skills are required, along with the ability to produce reports, undertake material take-offs, manage health & safety, and update the construction phase plan. The project is 90% traditional with a small amount of RC.

The client would prefer a contracting background, and you will need to have experience delivering apartments/flats.

Salary: circa £60k plus car allowance and benefits
