We are looking for a dedicated Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our station. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and expertise in managing station systems and interfacing.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the smooth operation of station activities, including customer service, maintenance, and safety protocols.
  2. Manage and schedule station staff, including duty shift managers and station shift managers.
  3. Oversee inventory management and stock control to ensure the availability of required resources.
  4. Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to protect staff and customers.
  5. Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and support to station employees.
  6. Liaise with regional and corporate management to communicate station performance and contribute to overall strategy.

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in a station management role, with a strong understanding of station systems and operations.
  2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
