Role Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 8+ years of experience in system analysis , data management , and business intelligence . You will lead projects from requirement analysis to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources for insightful analysis.
• Design and implement ETL processes using IBM Infosphere DataStage and SQL.
• Lead projects across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) , including requirement gathering, design, and implementation.
• Create impactful data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI .
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Provide ongoing technical support and optimize business processes for improved efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in data analysis , ETL development , and data visualization .
• Proficiency in IBM Infosphere DataStage , SQL, and database tools (DB2 , Teradata , Oracle , SQL Server ).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver impactful solutions.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industries like Banking , Logistics , or Supply Chain Management .
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data migration projects.
