About The Role

Become a Foxtons Property Negotiator, and we’ll teach you how to let London property with the best.

At Foxtons, our Build to Rent team works with some of the newest developments and biggest clients, developing long-term commercial relationships. As a Lettings Negotiator in this team, you will develop a deep understanding of our clients’ buildings, changing the face of lettings as we grow our \”build to rent\” portfolio.

Your day will involve talking to people and offering expert advice on coordinating their move and finding properties that meet their requirements. You will build relationships with operators and potential residents to understand their needs before showing some of London’s newest community buildings.

It is important that our negotiators provide high levels of service to make this sometimes stressful process smooth.
