Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modelling & Valuation: Build comprehensive financial models and conduct initial valuations for clients in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sector.
- Marketing Materials: Prepare impactful marketing materials, including corporate presentations, Information Memorandums (IMs), and other materials for buy-side, sell-side, and strategic reviews.
- M&A Deal Execution: Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, providing strategic insights and practical solutions.
- Ongoing Deal Support: Contribute to the regular updates of valuation and merger models, and assist in the preparation of corporate presentations and IMs for ongoing mandates within the FIG sector.
Person Specification
- Experience: 4-6 years of Investment Banking M&A sell-side experience, ideally within a bulge bracket bank or elite boutique advisory firm. Experience in the Banks, Asset & Wealth Management, or Fintech sectors is essential.
- Skills: Proven M&A deal experience with strong financial modeling and valuation skills. A high standard of accuracy and strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
- Academics: A minimum of a 2:1 degree from a leading university (we welcome applications from candidates of diverse educational backgrounds and institutions).
