Key Responsibilities
- Set the standard for excellent service, ensuring each client receives personalised and attentive support
- Proactively follow up with warm leads, guide clients through the process, and provide assistance every step of the way
- While experience in insurance is a plus, you’ll receive comprehensive training to ensure you can confidently advise clients on available solutions
- Accurately prepare and present tailored quotes based on each client's needs
- Clearly communicate the benefits of proposed plans to foster trust and build confidence
- Forge strong, long-term connections by understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering the best solutions
