Mondrian Alpha have partnered with a leading Private Equity firm in London, renowned for its innovative investment strategies and dynamic growth. They are currently looking to hire a driven individual with a background in Audit, Corporate Services, or Fund Administration to join their team as a Fund Accountant.
As a Fund Accountant, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team of five, overseeing the financial operations of the firm’s investment funds. This role is pivotal to the strategic expansion and operational efficiency of the company. You will have the unique chance to work closely with senior management and make significant contributions to the firm’s success. In this position, you will manage the financial reporting process for investment funds, including the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filings. You will also oversee fund accounting activities such as NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations. Additionally, you will analyse fund performance and support ongoing data visualization and automation projects during quieter periods.
The ideal candidate will be an academically strong and qualified accountant. While some exposure to Private Equity or Asset Management is highly desirable. You should be comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and proficient in Excel for analytical purposes. 0 – 1 years experience PQE.
