Trinity House Group are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with this market leading innovative business, as we support them in the recruitment of Senior Finance Business Partner, based in the West Midlands. The business is going through a period of transformation, and as such we require a candidate who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an accomplished professional to collaborate with the senior leadership team, to provide analytical business support and insights and to optimise financial and operational performance. You will drive growth and profitability, whilst supporting strategic decision-making.
The Job:
You will be an ambitious, established Finance Business Partner, with proven experience of building strong relationships within the non-financial stakeholders to take a joined up, proactive approach.
Duties include:
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and forecasting to inform key business decisions.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes specific to the sales division.
- Identify risks and opportunities, driving proactive solutions to enhance financial performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments to promote financial literacy and effective resource management.
- Prepare and present high-quality financial reports to senior management.
- Support the implementation of new processes and controls to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Cost analysis to identify key variances and trends.
- Identify improvements within finance systems, driving business intelligence and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in a similar role within a fast-paced business environment, ideally working closely with operational teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities, with the confidence to challenge and guide senior stakeholders.
- Experience of managing and mentoring a team.
- Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach.
- Commercial acumen, ideally within a corporate environment.
