A Media Agency is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to help support the FP&A Director, focusing primarily on staff-related costs, to create an efficient and effective FP&A functionality. Based in the company’s head office in London, you will be involved in analysing financials and operational data for multiple different agencies that span across various sites. The role requires designing and building new models and reports, and you will have the scope to create, design and implement processes to make the communication of information run smoothly, as well as shaping the compilation and presentation of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create financial models which analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including staff costs, intercompany movements, headcount numbers, churn, employment taxes and benefits.
  • Work with controllership and other units to maintain the intercompany cost movements falling within staff costs.
  • Work collaboratively and analytically with the wider FP&A team, UK Reporting teams, EMEA and WW.
  • Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Experience:

  • Advanced Excel - We're really looking for an 'Excel geek', someone whose happy place is in Excel spreadsheets. You must be comfortable with advanced formulas.
  • Qualified accountant.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate data in a logical manner.
  • Workflow management, effective organisational and time management skills and ability to plan and prioritise.

Duration: 6 month contract. Please note this will fall inside IR35.
