We are looking for dedicated and dynamic Store Managers to lead our Starbucks team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store operations, leading a team of baristas, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional Starbucks experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Implement and uphold Starbucks' high standards for quality and service.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of retail or restaurant management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for coffee and the Starbucks brand.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
