We are looking for dedicated and dynamic Store Managers to lead our Starbucks team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store operations, leading a team of baristas, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional Starbucks experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure product availability.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Implement and uphold Starbucks' high standards for quality and service.
- 2+ years of retail or restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
