What we’re looking for

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, analyse financial data, and support the implementation of process improvements. You will play a key role in understanding and addressing business challenges by gathering data, producing reports, and documenting requirements for new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyse data and current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
  • Create detailed requirements documentation and process mapping.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business goals.
  • Provide analysis and support to ongoing projects within the finance domain.

Requirements:

  • 6-24 months of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) working in the Finance sector.
  • A Finance-related degree or solid commercial experience within the Finance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
