· To support the Supply Chain Team in the day to day running of the Stores.
· Receiving goods, including quantity & quality checks, processing on the system and storing away.
· Support Despatch with carrier shipment, administration activities and loading of vehicles.
· Accurately completing and controlling all associated paperwork.
· Data entry/inputting of purchasing & despatch data into Sage 200.
· Raising purchase orders.
· Experience of a manufacturing or similar environment & operational area
· FLT Licence would be advantageous
· Proficient administration and data entry skills, in MS Office and business systems
· Ability to multi-task, working to deadlines and under pressure
· Excellent attention to detail, and accurate processing
· Previous experience of carrier administration portals would be advantageous
· Previous experience of using Sage 200 would be ideal
