You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us – just the enthusiasm to learn and the desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, ready to learn and excited by the chance to progress, we’ll provide all the training and development opportunities you need. In the role of a Warehouse Operative at our Harlow depot you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver.

It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift, first aid and even HGV driving, there’s no limit to your potential. And, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up – if that’s what you want to do.

As well as an eye for detail, you’ll need to be comfortable in a cool environment (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), be able to lift weights of up to 25kg. Due to location and shift pattern you would require your own transport

In addition to a competitive monthly salary, 31 days annual leave (inc. statutory) and company pension, you can also look forward to the following benefits:

  • Wagestream – Access to an app that gives you early access to your earned salary and supports financial wellbeing
