Job Title: Mobile Supervisor
Location: London
Pay Rate: Competitive
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Engineering Supervisor to lead and support a team of multi-discipline engineers across multiple sites in London. You will ensure efficient operational delivery, liaise with Helpdesk and Contract Management teams, and maintain excellent service standards for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support engineers across various disciplines.
- Manage work orders, budgets, and quotations.
- Oversee training, site logbooks, and compliance with H&S regulations.
- Maintain CAFM systems and compile monthly reports.
- Respond to M&E emergencies as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience managing engineers.
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- City & Guilds qualification or relevant trade experience (Combustion, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of M&E and Fabric Building Services.
Desirable Qualifications:
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualification.
- AP status (Electrical, Mechanical, Confined Spaces, etc.).
- Multi-skilled electrical background.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and H&S procedures.
- Use PPE and report any safety concerns.
