My client is a residential developer
who are involved in a large multi phased scheme in
South Oxfordshire.
They are looking for a Site Manager for a period of
4-6 weeks to start in early to mid June.
Details of the role are as follows:
The role requires someone with
extensive experience in traditional build housing
at various stages of build.
Reporting to a PM,
you will be required to be out on site, managing subcontractors closely.
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
certs are expected
