Territory Manager – Spine and Neuro Specialist
Blackfield is partnered with an innovative medical technology company, who due to a pipeline of growth are looking to hire a Spine / Neuro sales specialist to expand nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a growing portfolio of specialised spinal and neurosurgery products with key customers.
- Achieve ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets .
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and clinical staff in operating theatres .
- Develop new business opportunities with key Spine and Neuro centres across the UK.
- Systematically collect, present, and interpret market and competitor intelligence .
- Lead quarterly business planning and forecasting .
- Implement new product launches and participate in corporate initiatives within your region.
- Attend relevant conferences and meetings both within the UK and internationally.
- Support customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries .
Key Skills & Experience
- Degree in a medical or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years\’ experience in medical sales .
- Comfortable working in operating theatre environments .
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets , with strong closing skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver a professional image of the organisation and its product offering.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills , with a proactive, self-driven approach.
- Commercial awareness combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience working with complex medical device technologies in clinical settings.
- Persuasive and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry applications.
- Must hold a full, clean UK driver’s licence .
