A well-established and highly respected commercial London law firm is looking for a paralegal to join their corporate team and assist with all areas of corporate law. They are looking to invest in the right candidate with the long-term aim of offering a training contract. It is essential that candidates have already gained 12 months of experience as a corporate paralegal, as they need someone to hit the ground running and take on a lot of responsibility from the outset and assist with a wide variety of transactional work.
The client is looking for candidates with strong client and communication skills, exceptional academics (including a minimum of a 2.1 from a leading university), and those who have completed the LPC / SQE. You must be flexible, intelligent, and have a very positive and enthusiastic attitude, as well as 12 months of experience in corporate law.
