Tasks

As the Lead Product Engineer, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative products from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build functional MVPs quickly based on minimal information. Own the entire development cycle end-to-end, focusing on fast, iterative releases rather than perfection.
  • Ship features and updates at high velocity. Prioritize speed and adopt a hacker mentality to problem-solving.
  • Take part in validation processes, contributing technical knowledge about feasibility and potential solutions. Your commercial understanding, preferably from a side-hustle or entrepreneurial experience, will help bridge business needs with technical possibilities.
  • Turn MVPs into minimal lovable products once they’re validated. Refine user experiences and ensure the product is robust enough for wider testing and adoption.
  • Onboard and hand over minimal lovable products to dedicated engineering teams once they are ready to scale, ensuring a smooth transition of knowledge and codebase.
  • Utilize AI, No-Code, and Low-Code tools to maximize development speed. Leverage emerging technologies to rapidly prototype and iterate on product ideas.

Requirements

  • Full-stack engineer with a proven track record of building entire products from scratch, with a focus on hands-on coding rather than management.
  • Strong hacker mentality and problem-solving skill set: skilled at scrappy, creative solutions in a high-speed, high-impact environment.
  • Business/commercial understanding, ideally demonstrated through a side project or entrepreneurial endeavor, enabling you to align technical solutions with market demands.
  • Experience leading other engineers (e.g., Eng. Lead or Eng. Manager), with the ability to guide teams while staying close to the code.
  • Exposure to AI, No-Code, and Low-Code frameworks, using these tools to achieve faster shipping frequencies and reduce time-to-market.

Benefits

  • An opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a future category leader in the global investments space.
  • The chance to work with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have founded more than 30 companies between them.
  • A de-risked startup journey with access to 55 institutional logos
  • A path to equity in the businesses we build through the venture studio.

The process:

  1. 30-minute screening call
  2. 45-minute interview with the leadership team (Technical & product-focused)
  3. Psychometric Testing & Coding/Case Assessment
  4. 1-hour in-person interview with relevant stakeholders
