We are working with an exciting and vibrant London Venue seeking a Sales and Events Manager to join their growing team. The Sales and Events Manager will be responsible for driving new business, handling incoming enquiries, supporting marketing efforts, and coordinating event details to ensure guest satisfaction.

About the role:

• Handle all incoming enquiries for bookings and events, converting them into confirmed business
• Arrange site visits with clients
• Proactively reach out to new clients to increase sales
• Collaborate with third-party platforms and event agencies to promote the venue
• Plan and coordinate event details
• Manage social media and email marketing campaigns

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
• Strong understanding of bookings and sales development
• Knowledge of social media and marketing strategies
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
• Organized, hardworking, and outgoing
