Our client, an FCA regulated lender in Berkshire is looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day operations, regulatory oversight, and strategic risk initiatives. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Head of Risk and Compliance, with responsibility for:
- Managing regulatory compliance and risk frameworks
- Acting as a key contact for the FCA
- Overseeing the Compliance Monitoring Plan and Consumer Duty implementation
- Leading internal audits, MI reporting, and governance activities
- Supporting a culture of good customer outcomes and operational excellence
