Description

Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.

Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

Support month‐end and year‐end close processes.

Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and project performance.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Profile

Professional accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

Experience in the property industry or a related sector.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.

Proficiency in accounting software and tools.

Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross‐functional teams.

Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
