Cornwall is looking lovely at the moment!!!We are looking to secure an NEC Project Manager with Highways experience to head up a year+ contract with a design and project management consultancy, new to the Cornwall area. They provide feasibility, design, engineering and project management services for their clients and work across structures, highways and environmental projects. The project, based in West Cornwall, is in the pre-construction phase and the role will require programme management, project management, project controls, scheduling and cost management all around the NEC form of contract. We are looking for candidates with the following background and experience: Degree or similar in construction or civil engineering o Membership of the APM, CIOB or RICS Experience working for a Technical Clietn TEam or Civil Engineering Consultancy Substantial project management expertise within highways or roads

infrastructure. Significant experience in administering contracts including use of NEC Strong legal compliance through NEC contract Substantial experience of managing and leading project teams to successful outcomes Strong client and stakeholder relationship building skills Effective communication, with clients, project team and business manager High degree of commercial acumen and knowledge of planning and project controls Ability to create an enjoyable and fulfilling work environmentIf this sounds like you then please click APPLY Girling Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
