Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic sales professional to join the international sales team of a well-respected journal covering clean renewable energy and water resources development. The job involves selling advertising space (in print and online) and exhibition space at international events twice a year.
Ideally, they are looking for someone with an interest and understanding of the need for renewable energy and water resources management, with a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong aptitude for communicating with international people. In the light of climate change and the global energy transition, the Journal and associated conferences are in a strong position and well respected for their content.
Some experience in international sales (preferably in publishing) is important. The ability to speak more than one European language and degree level education would be advantageous, but even more important is an outgoing and friendly personality to build up good working relationships with clients.
The main elements of the position are:
