Job Title: Human Resources Specialist Location: Whitley, Coventry Rate: £25.53ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £19.52ph PAYE Employment Type: Contract (26 Weeks) Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week Reference: J39911 Job Description: This role is part of the Centre of Expertise (CoE) for our client’s Global Performance and Engagement, in the wider People Chapter (HR). We are the design and delivery team that contribute to the development and deployment of the policies, processes and initiatives as appropriate. The work is currently in parallel with a small transformation team who are working closely with us to develop Creators Conversations which is our client’s approach to performance management. The role is wide-reaching to support the delivery of significant global and local projects predominantly Creators Conversations (Performance Management). The quality of the processes delivered by the role can influence our client’s people experience and engagement. The role is exciting and challenging in equal measure.
