We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team in delivering an unparalleled shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
- Manage and coordinate daily store activities to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company policies.

- Serve as the primary liaison with the Rolex Regional Sales Manager.
- Oversee the Martin & Co Rolex ambassador program.
- Manage the Rolex monthly stock purchasing process.
- Conduct quarterly POS meetings with the Rolex Regional Sales Manager.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a small, dedicated team to consistently achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
- Build, maintain and enhance strong customer relationships by offering tailored service and expert advice.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure all staff are trained to uphold the same high standards.
- Focus on Commercial Reviews with key suppliers, Merchandising, and Events.
- Develop and implement action plans to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Encourage the team to excel in both sales and customer service while embodying our values and standards of service.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Uphold and communicate the values and vision of Martin & Co.
- Manage, support and develop staff through regular performance reviews and constructive feedback.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to implement effective and comprehensive training programs.
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Oversee inventory processes, including stock control, ordering, and visual merchandising, to maximise sales.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and streamline inventory management procedures.
- Ensure merchandise is well-organised and presented to enhance customer appeal.
- Collaborate with brand ambassadors to coordinate stock procurement and management.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and banking procedures.
- Coordinate with the Financial Controller on staff scheduling and event planning.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Plan and manage in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and engage customers.
- Execute promotional strategies and evaluate their success for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and assess effective campaigns.
- Adapt promotional efforts based on customer feedback and campaign performance.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the store.
- Implement and maintain strong security protocols to safeguard stock and premises.
- Handle incidents with professionalism and composure, ensuring minimal disruption.
