As a User Experience Graduate you will join CGI on the Graduate programme where you’ll step into a role where creativity and ownership are at the core. You will be joining a User Research and Design team within our Government and Justice business area where you’ll have the opportunity to be part of meaningful projects that matter.

  • We’re seeking individuals who are ready to take ownership of their career and are passionate about making a difference through technology and business. Whatever your degree subject if you’re eager to learn, collaborate, and innovate, we want to hear from you.

  • Candidates with psychology or other research-intensive degrees may be particularly well-suited for this role.

  • Minimum 2:2 degree (some roles may require a 2:1 depending on the business unit)

  • Flexibility to travel and work on different projects across the UK

  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, project-based environment

  • Due to the security clearance requirements of this particular role UK nationality is required.

  • As CGI is a consultancy, you may be required to work in different locations, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are key.
