A high-profile London developer who acquires medium to large scale complicated sites in and around East London and surrounding areas is keen to find a Senior Land & Development Manager for their acquisitions and development team. The company has a name synonymous with quality, and the product this developer produces reflects this.

They have an excellent buying strategy and are able to acquire any value site quickly without the rigmarole of waiting for extensive board approval, which can significantly hold things up, allowing you to do the deal provided numbers stack up with their buying strategy.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in medium to large scale acquisitions and be familiar with front end planning responsibilities. You will be presentable and familiar with approaching land owners and agencies to get the best deal possible for the company.
