A high-profile London Developer who acquires medium – large scale complicated sites in and around East London and surrounding areas is keen to find a Senior Land & Development Manager for their acquisitions and development team.
The company has a name synonymous with quality, and the product this developer produces reflects this. They have an excellent buying strategy and can acquire any value site quickly without the rigmarole of waiting for extensive board approval, which can significantly hold things up, allowing you to do the deal as long as the numbers stack up with their buying strategy.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in medium – large scale acquisitions and be familiar with front end planning responsibilities.
