Our client is a market leading off-plan property sales agent with an award-winning team and ambitious growth plans for the future. Due to continued business growth, they are looking for a Completions Manager to join their busy office located in Warrington.
As Completions Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the completions purchase process, working closely with investors, banks, and legal companies to manage the smooth running of multiple off-plan property completions. You will ensure that potential problems are successfully resolved, all parties are kept up to date, and compliance and safety measures are managed while meeting deadlines for completion.
Developing relationships with clients and the solicitor panel will be key to ensure that sales are completed with speed and efficiency. The timescale from exchange to completion is often only 4 weeks.
You will manage a large pipeline and work to tight deadlines, taking pride in ensuring that each sale is managed to specific standards and clients are regularly informed of the progress of their sale.
Providing timely and accurate information to all parties, liaising with lawyers, agents, and developers while managing the documentation process, contracts, and payments will be essential. You will also be expected to regularly meet with external clients, prepare sales reports, and update the CRM system to support the internal sales team.
This is a busy and challenging role offering the opportunity to progress while working within a successful company that has been growing from strength to strength over the last few years.
The ideal candidate will come from a property investment background and have an understanding of the off-plan sales and completions process. We are looking for a highly motivated, confident candidate who can develop strong client relationships, work to weekly targets, and manage a high volume of cases simultaneously. You will be professional, organized, and possess exceptional customer service skills.
The role will be based in the Warrington office 4 days per week, with one day working from home.
Our client is offering an attractive basic salary of £35,000, plus a realistic OTE of £45,000 – £50,000 and lots of other perks including free on-site parking.
