THE COMPANY:

Our client is a global investment management business with offices based in the West End.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support operational and enterprise risk management reporting in Europe
• Assist with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Insurance Risk Management, Records Management, Privacy and Business Continuity processes as needed
• Support on initial/ongoing due diligence on third parties with the Business (regulatory compliance of contracts, risk monitoring, efficiency of the monitoring system, UK Modern Slavery Act, Cloud Outsourcing)
• Contribute to implement, document and review the risk management framework and policies in Europe
• Work with the ORM team and business management to proactively identify and evaluate operational business risks and trends, and develop processes that help mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and protect the business’ brand

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3-5 years of related work experience in risk management or similar function within the institutional asset management business or consulting firm
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual who can work independently and is eager to learn
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, capability to interface professionally with various internal and external stakeholders
• Strong MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills required and Visio a plus
