Your new role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of product and engineering, helping to define and deliver enhancements to a suite of digital tools used by global clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out user journeys, write detailed user stories, and ensure solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration in Paisley. Occasional travel to other UK offices may be required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Technical or Product-focused Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern software development practices
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams
