Our client is an established healthcare solutions business working across Residential and Nursing homes, NHS, Children’s Service, Specialist Mental health service, complex care and domiciliary care services. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Proposal Writing: Draft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals tailored to the client’s requirements and aligning with the organization’s strengths.
- Compliance: Ensure the proposal complies with all guidelines, instructions, and requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation to Tender (ITT).
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, including technical teams and senior leadership, to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine drafts to improve clarity, coherence, and professionalism, ensuring error-free documents.
- Document Management: Maintain and update bid libraries, ensuring templates, case studies, and relevant content are readily available for reuse.
- Team Coordination: Lead the bid team, providing direction and ensuring timely collaboration between writers, technical experts, and stakeholders.
- Bid Planning: Create and manage bid schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the bid process, including communicating with senior leadership and clients.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of the proposal, ensuring that it is well-organized, professionally presented, and responsive to the RFP or ITT.
- Submission Management: Ensure that the final proposal is submitted on time, following all submission guidelines, whether online or via hard copy.
