The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
A Bricklayer is required to work on social housing covering a portfolio of properties across Flintshire. You will be qualified to level 2 NVQ as a minimum and ideally have previous social housing experience. The work will be on void or tenanted properties and involve the upkeep and maintenance of the external areas, including flagging, kerbing and brickwork. There will also be elements of internal work such as patch plastering so an all rounder who enjoys multi skilling is desirable. This long term contract could lead into a permanent post and offers excellent working conditions. You must have completed an asbestos awareness course and have the certification and have your own tools. A company vehicle will be provided for business use only.
