About the jobMy client, a national real estate private equity manager, is seeking an experienced in-house solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or chartered legal executive to join their legal teamThe successful candidate will:Be either a qualified solicitor (with a degree), a chartered legal executive with the CILEX Professional Qualification (SPQ) OR a licensed conveyancer who has a level 4 and/or level 6 diploma in conveyancing law and practice, or an equivalent recognised CLC qualificationHave experience in residential conveyancingHave at least 5+ years of experienceBe able to draft, review, and conduct all property due diligenceBe able to draft, review and conduct residential conveyancing transactionsWork alongside external legal advisors/internal teams in matters relating to due diligenceBe able to assist with and carry out freehold and leasehold property transactionsFor more information, please contact Charlie: charlie.hudson@mrasearch.co.uk
