A top-tier US litigation law firm, headquartered in Los Angeles, is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join their vibrant London office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Director, Marketing Manager, and global teams, supporting a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives.

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum DOE
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility to occasionally work overtime to meet time-sensitive deadlines)

Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies to enhance the Firm’s profile, as well as the profiles of practice areas and industry groups
  • Support the development and delivery of RFP responses, client pitches, and presentations to key clients and referral sources
  • Aid in preparing submissions for directories and rankings (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, Law360, American Lawyer)
  • Create, edit, and update internal and external publications, as well as marketing materials

Marketing Coordinator Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of marketing or business development experience in a law firm or professional services
  • Degree educated or a recognised marketing qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of online newswire services, media tracking tools, internet resources, and website marketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation systems, such as Pardot (or similar platforms)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, and to maintain confidentiality

The successful candidate will be expected to be in 4 days during their probationary period.
