Global Benefits Consultant - Senior

Working with an established client to recruit an experienced Global Benefits Consultant. The role sits within a relatively small global team (with their own support team), within a mid-sized broker and has come about due to speed of growth.

Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to act as a number 2 to the director, who is currently winning large volumes of new business and running the team. You will help mentor junior colleagues, support on tenders, share sales responsibilities, and explore new avenues for growth.

Candidate Profile

• GBM experience is ideal, but understanding of multinational pooling is also considered.
• Managing a portfolio of approximately 11 mid-corporate clients, with potential to move to full GBM.
• Opportunity to target a pipeline of about 500 UK clients for new business, along with relationships in general insurance offices for referrals.
