Oakleaf is partnering with a prestigious international Asset Management firm to hire a Recruitment Coordinator on an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. This is a high-touch, fast-paced environment where you will provide support to the recruitment team with global coordination. This is a business-facing role, where accuracy and professionalism are essential; there is also an opportunity to develop and expand in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high volumes of interviews across Europe, America, and Asia, managing extensive diary scheduling and sending confirmations to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact with third-party suppliers, managing relationships and providing feedback, as well as attending hiring manager meetings to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Support on Graduate Recruitment Cycles as needed, coordinating assessments, interview panels, and paperwork.
- Handle contract preparation, onboarding queries, and HRIS updates in partnership with the broader HR team.
- Support ad hoc HR projects and organized business-facing initiatives such as roundtables, demonstrating strong multitasking, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will need:
- Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or support role within Financial Services (ideally Asset or Investment Management).
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of interview scheduling across timezones, with strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A degree or CIPD qualification is beneficial.
