Your new company is one of Northern Ireland’s leading Residential Estate Agencies which is at the forefront of the private resales, land and new homes market. The Land and New Homes Team would be regarded as market leaders in land transactions and new developments across Northern Ireland and they handle a diverse portfolio from small niche schemes of 2 to 10 houses, to large scale City Centre apartment developments to larger housing developments from 20 to 500 houses.
With an excellent Resales Team covering all of Northern Ireland from apartments to country residences, the ethos of this company is built on traditional values of customer care, long established experience, and a professional and personal service for all your clients.
Due to ongoing success and continued growth, they now have a requirement for a Property Valuer to join their reputable team.
Your new role
Due to company expansion, this company are seeking to recruit an experienced Valuer to join their team. As the leading Estate Agent in Northern Ireland, this is an excellent career opportunity for a motivated Valuer to join the team.
The key responsibilities include carrying out rental valuations of properties; liaising and creating relationships with landlords and tenants; managing a portfolio of client properties; maintaining contact and building rapport with vendors and purchasers; negotiating on behalf of your clients; carrying out viewings for a range of properties and identifying and tendering for new business.
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Valuer, ideally in the Northern Ireland market.
