Your new company
A large and successful housing association, with stock across the North East, is looking to recruit a property inspector to join their repairs and maintenance function.

Your new role
As part of the repairs and maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering technical services to all properties, to ensure the housing association can meet all responsive, planned, cyclical maintenance and property management requirements.
You will be carrying out day to day technical inspections, including for damp and mould, before providing reports and suitable resolutions.

What you’ll need to succeed
Have a working knowledge of all elements of building construction, components, building trades and applicable building regulations.
Ideally, you need to have a full trade or professional qualification in a construction related industry, along with experience within a social housing environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
The ability to communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues
