Project Coordinator Financial Services – Volunteer Programs
Temp to Perm opportunity
Tay Associates have partnered with a highly reputable financial service organization who are on the lookout for a project coordinator to join their team on a 12-month temporary contract, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. Your main duties in this role will be to assist the team with presentations, note-taking, project planning, application review, communicating with stakeholders, and application review. You will be the main point of contact for nonprofit and internal stakeholders to coordinate tasks linked with project assignments.
5 days in office.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 1 year of experience managing multiple projects.
- Strong verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
- Prince 2 qualification is highly desirable.
- Must have experience with extensive diary management for multiple individuals.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- High degree of business acumen.
- Stress-resistant while under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
