The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Working within one of the teams, the role requires you to:

  • Manage your own allocated caseload using genealogy research tools and a variety of other software and online resources

  • Contact identified individuals by telephone, email, letter and/or in person

  • Secure and manage client engagements

  • Deal with all administrative tasks as required for your caseload

  • Liaise with professional third parties

  • Take ownership and responsibility for achieving your own personal targets and those of your team

In addition, all Research Administrators are expected to:

  • Maintain the integrity of the case management system by recording and responding to all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documenting all key steps

  • Handle incoming telephone calls; both internal and external

  • Provide ad-hoc administration support to team colleagues as needed

  • Any other duties as may reasonably be allocated, Also available as part of the overall remuneration and professional development package:

  • On-the-job training and use of bespoke training providers

  • Funding or part-funding for formal training in a relevant subject area

  • The opportunity to become a recognised Paralegal for Probate Research

  • Participation in an approved share option plan
