Credit Controller – Property Industry Location: Central London (Hybrid Working Available) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Credit Controller to join a growing, dynamic team within a thriving property management company. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a vital part in maintaining healthy cash flow and client relationships. Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, you’ll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure timely rent collections, resolve tenant queries, and escalate issues where necessary. Key Responsibilities Collect rents and charges from tenants, maintaining a minimum of 98% collection rates. Handle 30+ calls daily to manage arrears and tenant accounts. Resolve tenant queries, provide invoices, and ensure timely responses to communications. Follow debt recovery procedures, reconcile ledgers, and prepare documentation for legal action when required. Collaborate with property managers to address disputes and provide adhoc reporting.About You Proven credit control experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. Strong communication, numerical, and analytical skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing demands under pressure.
