Property Manager – St Albans A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a well-established firm in Hertfordshire.Our client is looking for a high calibre individual to look after a large portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate for the role will have a strong Property Management background and will be keen to join a dynamic, forward-thinking firm. Duties to include: ·General property management administration·Arranging and overseeing maintenance·Liaising with Landlords·Negotiating with contractors and instructing and overseeing works·Property Inspections and inventories·Move in’s and move out’s·Ensuring all legislation and safety testing is carried out/followed correctlyThe ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to lend a hand wherever is needed to ensure that the Property Management role is successfully met and fulfilled, within the office and out and about visiting properties.
